Agree with @mockingbirdreal's advice, only want to add: The difference between 39 life and 40 life is multiple runes. You have a great charm, but it isn't nearly as valuable as a +40. Buyers will pay 2, 3, or even 4 times more for a perfect charm roll compared to a 1-away-from-perfect roll.

Just advice to say, don't get too excited by sales of 4 Jah or 6 Ber or whatever. 2 Ber is probably the max of what a +39 can get.
