According to the trade history (pricecheck.php?item=995) a similar one went last week for Jah + Call To Arms + Annihilus + some random stuff.
Upping won't add value; people who are paying Jah for this stuff will upgrade themselves, so don't bother doing that.

The one that went for Jah + CTA was nearly perfect. You aren't quite there. A 186% sold around the same time for Lo + Ohm + Vex + Mal. I think you could probably get a Jah but not the CTA/anni add-ons. Hard to say.
