Can be used to make Runewords:

Seems interesting for low level duelling (LLD) as it makes a kind of level 30 CtA. No idea of pricing though.
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
Man, I don't play much barb or watch the barb market, but if that thing had sockets it would be one of the best barb hats I ever saw.
The Nova proc doesn't do it any favors. Light res would have been better than poison.
I don't want to suggest a price because I don't want to get your hopes up. I think it's worth more than a Vex. Hopefully someone who knows barb gear better weighs in.
