If its worth nothing then what should I look for in rare / magical Claws (besides obvious like +3 traps +3 Lightning Sentry and such). I mean some more melee oriented builds?

I am not expert in Claws, but would say that you miss increased attack speed for making them crazy Claws. Fool + IAS makes very good Claws. Phoenix Strike is nice to have for people not specializing in Martial Arts to get a taste of it.
