Please note that Static Field is Lightning damage and can be resisted through Lightning Resistance. Uber Baal and Uber Diablo have 75% Light resist. Static Field will do only 6.25% of current life if you don't have any source to lower their resist.
And Uber Mephisto has 110 Light resist.
