I think highest I've gotten is Vex for a 40ed jewel plain.
Depends if someone wants to make a 4os or 3os armor/Helm 156ed or 117ed.
I mean they still work... But the OCD people have in this game will not allow some to have something that's not perfect like 160ed/+mods(ias or whatever)
