FCR Rings - please check

First is:
10% faster cast rate
100 attack rating
6% life steal
22% lightning res
24% poison res
7% mf

Second is:
10% fcr
15 str
48 mana
18% cold res
29% light res

For the required level, both are good, but hard to price. The second is better in my opinion. Neither is amazing, though; they're the type of rings I keep on mules in order to twink new characters, but most of the time I've found a similar ring in playthrough by the time my alt reaches the required level.

You should get a second opinion. I wouldn't value either more than
