Affix-wise similar to Peasant Crown.
While excellent for the level, apart from Sigon's and perhaps an Eye of Etlich there aren't many plus to all skills available at level 27, it is especially useful for Druids and Barbs.
Just like necro shrunken heads make an ideal base for Rhyme, Druid's Animal Helms (Wolf, Antlers, etc) and Barb Helms (jawbone, fanged, etc) make ideal bases for Lore.
