I got this perfectly upped VMagi (1034 Def 35 @ res) and was curious on its worth. I know a normal VMagi with 35@ usually goes for a Ist, but wanted to check the value of this one (I'm not planning to sell).

Looks like very good luck with maximum ed on upped item (1034 out of 1036 perfect one). But low mdr 9 is the downside here. I believe an Ist is about right payment here.
Not so long ago, I bought non-upped 34-13 viper, and offered a Gul for it (with add of Larzuk socketing). But it is clearly more valuable case.

Have the same one as yours (about 1030 def, 9 dr) , paid an Ist for it.
At 1034 defense you can ask for Gul + Ist with ease. Any viper over 1000 def has a premium stapled to it. And yes, the 9/13 DR hurts quite a bit even though it's mostly meaningless.
If you get a PM offer, post it in the trade. Promote healthy competition instead of settling for less.
