Trade filtering.

First off thanks for what seems like a really good, funtional and good looking site. Looking forward to start using it a lot, starting later today

It's a ''small'' but i'd think a somewhat great ''QoL'' change to the trade market filtering.

Suggestion is:
Move Unique/Runeword filter down to the lower bar amongst Set/Base/Crafted/Magic or Other.
And if possible, make the upper bar ''locked'' choices, if it's possible for the page to remember the selection? (Until manual selection change).

Awesome that it's going to be added to the site.

I would like to add as an HC-only Player that an own Button at Start like for Uniqs etc. would be nice for only Hardcore items greetings

There are buttons for both Uniques and Hardcore - just select both.
