In the internal dialogue files of the game, Flavie's ID is "Navi", which is probably short for "Navigator", as she guides players to The Den of Evil, and warns them not to go forward until they have done so. A second reference for her is "RogueSignpostGossip(1-5)", which seems to imply that the dialogue for her was originally designed to come from some sort of interactable geometry instead of a Rogue Scout.
Regardless, she's all alone out there, and many players forget about her, or pay her no attention at all. So toss a few potions on the Ground for her, just to show how much you appreciate her.

Flavie MVP! I love this gal. Not gonna lie, I was so excited to see her in the new graphics... she is my fun landmark every time I make a new character or start a new difficulty. Like @Krythic said, toss her some potions or even say !hi!
