Question about Hammerdin HOTO
Currently using Wiz Spike (please dont Bash)
Have the ability to create HOTO, but question is everthing I see is people using 4 soc Flail, I have 4 soc grand scep.
Will it work? No? Why not? Advantages/Disadvantages? Why the Flail?

Can be used to make Runewords:
Usually people use a Flail for its low requirements as described here: Heart of the Oak
Edit: only flails or staves can be used - click 'maces' on that runeword's page and it'll show all the eligible bases to use.
