Description

Towering winged demons breathing fire and wielding enormous blades, the Megademons are among the finest weapons of Hell. Melee characters are recommended to look after their Fire Resistances or even Fire Absorb for those, and casters are recommended to stay clear!

As you venture deeper into Hell, you will encounter the subclasses Balrog, Pit Lord, and Venom Lord in that order and of rising difficulty.

Infector of Souls is a superunique and very fast Venom Lord unleashed by one of the seals in

Chaos Sanctuary, and

Baal also summons

Ventar the Unholy in the

Throne of Destruction.

Inferno like attack they may use when you get within melee range. The
Inferno is incredibly damaging so high Fire resistance and Fire Absorb gear will offer some protection. Fight them at a distance whenever possible or kill them as quickly as possible.

Guest Megademons have a chance to deal Fire damage on striking.
Guest Venom Lords are the special Minions of
Ventar the Unholy.
