I guess depends on the use case. For PvP amp is forbidden AFAIK. For PvM would be incredible. In any case, excellent find.

I can't say this is really lucky but it's not bad. With 19 to st, +2 to all skills, 20% resists and 48% lightning resist makes it a good Uber Smiter Amulet.
