Quite possibly still the single biggest "hell yes!" drop for a new season pre-hell. Esp. if as in this case it drops straight off the 2nd kill after hitting NM.

Finishing my hell run on my Voice of Reason Assassin and an ethereal Thresher dropped in WSK. I just rolled 4 sockets in the cube and then also rolled this on the first try! Spoiler
I can't say this is really lucky but it's not bad. With 19 to st, +2 to all skills, 20% resists and 48% lightning resist makes it a good Uber Smiter Amulet.

My 20th Jah found since starting D2R about 3 years ago. Took a long time to go from 19 to 20 (last Jah found was in January), but I knew it had to happen sooner or later!
