Ya they said you can use 1 d2 account for xbox ps4 ps5 xbox series x and a and switch and pc

Yes and No.

You won't be able to bring players or characters from Switch and Xbox into the same game simultaneously.

You can, however, utilize the shared stash to move items between character on the same account, if you use the same battle.net account on both platforms.
