Can be used to make Runewords:
Armor crafted with rune words has a generic appearance, which looks uninteresting. We need to add the ability to colorize such armor using a cube recipe maybe. Armor + a combination of gems + some runes = armor of the desired color (for example, Topaz for golden armor, Diamond for silver-colored armor a la Sigon, you get the idea).
Yeah it needs to be restricted in some ways. therefore it should be a unique grand charm with the same 1 per char limit same as gheeds. it would be cool if the equipement piece-related bonuses from runes/gems are randomly chosen at the moment of inserting, so we could have a pretty expensive reroll game
