Teleport Charm: Good Idea/Bad Idea?

I think it's a good idea, and it would remove the "need" for Enigma without making it useless.

Nobody would play such games, because why would anyone put itself at a disadvantage? The minority, that actually would, can do so even now, simply by not using

Teleport.
There would need to be some incentive to play such games, such as increased loot or exp. Or maybe a different map layout that does not make playing without

Teleport miserable (for example wider tunnels in Maggot Lair or simply increased monster density).

I think this is the root of the problem...
If some change would be made in the future, the focus, in my opinion, should be:

Teleport stop feeling as 'mandatory', instead of

Teleport become easily available

Many people would. People that don't want to rush. Baalwalks and so on. Not everybody is using a stopwatch while playing. There's a lot of chilled players out there, and the actual situation prevents them from meeting up in open games.

You would wonder.
