The Art of Warfare is a gaming community founded in 2001. We are lucky to have more than 1800 dedicated members across 50 game divisions, giving back and helping us to thrive. It's these great, friendly people and the structure of TAW that makes our Diablo division a comfortable fit for both new and veteran players alike. We recognise the merits and abilities of the best while also building up those who want more.

Our division is primarily built around a player base across Europe, but we also openly invite members from NA should they be able to attend our hosted events. On top of an overall office, each battalion has their own training, leadership and other roles to provide our members with a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Joining TAW is more than being part of a group that plays games. It is part of a family-like community where the more you interact with it, the more you get back. If you have any other questions feel free to chat openly in the channel, or ask one of our staff representatives, who will be happy to help you.

We are open for both casual and experienced players, and plan to tailor squads based on that preference.

In order to have a stable and healthy activity in our community, we require applicants and members to maintain a minimum 25 % attendance over a 30 day period, which translates to attending a minimum of 1 event per month!

We expect members to excuse themselves if they can't make a practice ahead of time, so officers can plan ahead.

What can we offer you?

Structured leadership teams and event times. We meet up at 20:00 and begin to organize teams for group play.

Event times for D2R are created upon a democratic approach, and we therefore run 1 event each Friday at 20:00 CEST.

We also host an Optional community driven event every Tuesday.

* A steady clan with a good community and good clan atmosphere.
* Focused attitude during progression, and relaxed attitude during farm content. We like to chat and have fun but focus on difficult content.
* Desire to progress. We run optional events during the week, so you are able to pick up attendance if you missed a main event practice.

Casual squads (Explorer’s League) - Normal - Nightmare

are meant for slow paced fun, you don’t have to be prepared for anything in particular, just do whatever you decide together as a team and improve gradually, we fully understand that for some members, the exploring part of the game is essential for them to thrive later on.

Semi-competitive squad (TBD) - Nightmare

This will be the squad for those that over time, do seek to venture into hell in a group oriented style, members will farm their respective gear together until they feel comfortable to take the

Leap into the next difficulty

Competitive squad (Diablo’s Bane) - Hell only

This is the squad we have created for those that are the most dedicated and invested into the game, we do a variety of content, such as high Magicfind runs, and

Baal farm.

We also use a fair DKP system for loot distribution for this difficulty, so only a loot-master will be allowed to pick up loot and distribute it fairly based on the DKP you have earned by attending events and killing bosses. Values of items are determined by officers, and we update this regularly towards market value.

What we want from you:

High attendance

We expect a minimum of 25% attendance over 30 days, though most of our members have near to 75% overall.

Commitment

We don’t want someone who is looking to join, get geared and then leave. After joining there is a short trial period, where you have to attend 4 events to become a full member.

Honesty

If you’re having problems within the clan, or have real life issues, we’d like to hear rather than you just disappearing. Talk to the officers in

Charge.

Communication.

Progression oriented attitude. Everyone makes mistakes, but learning is part of progression, so we value people who continue to improve over time.

1) Be able to understand and speak English
2) Have a mic, be mature, active, and respectful to others
3) 16 years of age
4) Must be able to commit 2hr a week minimum on given days
