Description

Why do they both have the same enchants, but different names and level requirements. What am i missing and is the right one good for lowduel or trash?

"Prunkvoller" seems to be the German version of "Jeweller's" that gives 4 sockets, but
Kite Shield can only have a max of 3 I assume.

Nothing wrong here. Same for
Diadem,
Coronet,
Tiara.
Artisan's affixes add 3 sockets.
Jeweler's affixes add 4 sockets but since the base item can have max 3 sockets so the result is an item with 3 sockets.
