Question about Superior Flamberge

Does the

Flamberge have a possible +1 Max Damage as Superior prefix.

Great Sword doesn't afaik.

Crystal Sword does for Sure cause I own that.

War Axe can also Spawn with +1 Max Dmg.
If someone found a

Flamberge with 1 Max and Attack Rating or Max Durability Show me a picture pls. So I can Farm for it.

If I understand this correctly, for 2H swords, the 2H damage needs to not get increased by the ED% in order for it get +1 to max damage instead. In the case of

Flamberge, it's 2H damage is 13-26. The max damage is 26, and the smallest possible ED% roll is 5, which means that a Superior

Flamberge with minimum ED% would have 13-27 damage. That's an increase, so it would not be replaced by +1 to max damage. If this indeed is how it works, then the max damage of the base weapon's damage can be at most 19 (because 20 * 0.05 = 1). If so, the only 2H sword to which this rule can apply is

Two-handed Sword.

Since I've never really given this feature much thought, I may be misunderstanding something. Hopefully someone can confirm.
