normal base-6 sockets?

Any trade value in low level normal base weapons with 6 sockets? I found a Crystal Sword and a Double Axe last night. My gut tells me they're basically worthless because who would put a 6-piece runeword in a not-even-exceptional base? But I couldn't bring myself to leave them, because 6 sockets is 6 sockets. So they're in my stash. Any utility for that? Should I try to trade them?

6 socket crystal swords are used sometimes for magic find. Slam 6 Ists in that puppy on a caster and BAM you still can't find a Harlequin Crest

I'm not sure if they have much trade value though. Probably some pgems or low runes.

If you found the Crystal Sword with 6 sockets you might get a Lem or Pul for it. But it is not worth lazurk or even the cube recipe. Same with the Double Axe; if it already has 5 then perfect CTA as Krathkor said or Beast base (for summon necro). But its not worth lazurk or cube recipe.

There will be some use cases,
6os Crystal Sword , low value, 1~3 Perfect Gems
6os sup ED15 AR 3/DUR 10 CS, Um ~ Ist
6os Military Pick, low value, 1~3 Perfect Gems
6os sup ED15 AR 3/DUR 10 Ist- Lo

All Eth normal 6 os is worthless.

6 os weapon can use 20 poison jewel x 6 to play low level challenge or rush lazrok 1p.

Some bad usecase use 6os cs to build Last Wish to let a3 merc equip and it will ruin Last Wish value.

I myself purchase some ED 15 DUR 10 Military Pick 6os around Lo pricing.

CS and Military Pick is focus on different approach, for most of people, I recommend CS.

CS is low requirement and reasonable pricing , the other choice Military Pick , usually means you want to spend at least 30 Jah to make it work and performance is similar to CS or slightly lower if CS spend big.(Perfect one will cost around 200 Jah to purchase raw craft things in my estimation ,
my current Military Pick enough to cover from lv1 to lv 60 Grief level requirement. All other unique weapon lost to it.)

not at all... for swap (or main in the case of caster) some people prefer ethereal weapons for style...

6 os Lem Eth cs?doesnt sounds right for me.

6 Lem Crystal Sword is used by Gold find barbs on swap when horking.

6 socket War Staff is useful for Obsession runeword
