Nerfing Sigil Lethargy

Shame they are removing the damage bonus all together, I've crafted some damn nice rings with lethargy charges for physical damage characters.....

Is the sigil still removing immunes in the latest ptr?

Haven't actively tested but breaking immunities would've been a direct result of the -dmg. So it shouldn't break anything anymore.

That said, it is completely broken on the PTR atm and doesn't even slow anymore so anything tested there needs to be taken with a grain of salt anyways.

Tbh this is the biggest disappointment with the Lethargy nerf. I was looking forward to finding ways to exploit this on say a Trav Barb.

I hope this change doesn't push on release.

Yeah this is the wrong way to nerf warlocks, lethargy, and the other sigils, are cool utility to gain by charges on items for other characters.

works quite good on A2 might merc with Pride and Coven for a Bowazon. Hard choice: stay with Cure or use Coven. Coven allows me to rwplace Atma with Highlord amulet.
You can do it for your barbarian' merc as well. Or on a character himself if you have good base with +3 to Find Item and something else useful (only theory here, haven't tried myself yet)
And I don't have good base to try it on my summoner druid or his A5 merc. May be one day.. But I believe it can improve my Ravens damage.
Such a pity if Lethargy will be nerfed. This skill can add something to many classes.

I also made/found some nice lvl 4 lethargy Charge rings, and I will prolly still use them bc I combine Lethargy with Decrepify and I'm sure some of you out there have done the same.

This combo is just fuckin' busted when I do D Clone and Ubers, even any bosses TZ or not.

Try it out. I really like lethargy, and there are a ton of other bonuses you get especially if you stack it with decrep.

I haven't played any PTR as of yet (I can't rip myself off of ladder this season lol) however after the RotW update and the QoL enhancements, and the actual speed of already seeing Warlock problems and addressing them right away, instead of say, 2 ladder seasons or 3 years from now, I have confidence that they will be more attentive to the community needs than we've seen in the past.

I have also the sigil on a ring, I used the latter primary for fcr. Just recently I discovered that the sigil combines well with my Wind druid's Tornado. A shame they are removing the dmg taken, Weaken it would be sufficient (have slvl 4 on the ring with +43% dmg... oO)
