Description

Hi

On Season 3 I played a Necro Summoner, and wanted to assemble the biggest army possible (beside de typical 20
Skeleton Mastery
& 20
Raise Skeleton
, I had 20 Skeletal Mage and start to spent extra points in
Revive
)

As a non-ladder player now, I "ressurrected" that Necro 🙂

After admit to myself that my damage really comes from
Corpse Explosion
and not from my Minions,
I decided to test playing only with the
Skeleton
Warrior (without creating any
Revive
or Skeletal Mage).
(I'm playing mostly "Players 1", farming high density areas - like Cows - and I don't have Enigma)

After a few games I feel no loss on my offense power, and the game seems way faster and fluid 🙂
(I assemble my "initial army" much faster, I do not spent time creating
Revive
at end of each other fight, and the better, on "closed areas" my
Skeleton
/Merc never keep stuck behind a Skeletal Mage anymore 🙂)

Can be used to make Runewords:

Mages suck. In spite of a buff before, they are just a meat shield... and without much meat on them.

Revives however depend a lot on what you
Revive
: succubis are nice, but the best are urdars and their cousins for the crushing blow, which are the answer for necros to DClone or Ubers or Ancients. They are a power machine, with just 1 point.

Mages look cool and this is their main advantage, they are not worth skill investment.
Revive
is fine but there's no reason to put more than 1 point in it. My nec can summon 22 revives, but I rarely use them, mostly to kill Dclone. Focus on your merc, well geared Razan makes first corpse very fast and then you just blast em all. You can make Insight IG so you can spam CE and won't have to stop to pick up mana potions.

Overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer.

GMT+2, I'm usually available for trades between 6:00-10:00 PM.

I play SC and HC, please check twice before adding me or making an offer, thank you.

If you
Revive
some heavy hitters it's a great skill and allows someone like me (a Spirit and
Spear
boner) the ability to have a small army as well and takes some of the heat off my somewhat squishy
Clay Golem
. But Don't sink more than one point into
Revive
as you'll get more out of synergies, equipment, and skillers while
Revive
gives you no bonuses back in return.
