what schnorki says - you
Teleport
in, mobs look dumbfounded and die before they can do anything. bosses are a little bit trikier but honestly... just do 2 Phoenix charges and kick diablo to dust only with that. Very initial survivability you get with
Fade
and
Cobra Strike
instantly heals you back up.
I mean you cannot play naked but I think torch, anni, Enigma and two Mosaic
Claws
are enough - everything else is bonus.

Ideally, you'll have either Enigma or
Mind Blast
.

Enigma:
Teleport
back out of CS immediately after popping last seal, pop a finisher on the first mob you still see on the bridge,
Teleport
to diablo. If done right, this will still get you back in and waiting for diablo before he's spawned but it will give you the 1
Charge
-refresh you need in between so you can blow up dia instantly with full charges as nothing dropped.

Mind Blast
: Just be sure to convert a random trash mob off the last seal. Pop seals,
Conversion
runs out shortly thereafter, finisher on mob, up to diablo. Same as above, gets you to diablo before he spawns and leaves you with full charges.

The same Principle applies to everything else with a "forced timer" though outside of dia and
Baal
, there isn't many situations like that.
