When season end, will the old "Ladder" Characters gain back their "Respects" from Akara?

Maybe it's just me, but I hardly use 3 available respecs for any character, and over the years (including LoD) I think I used a token only once. Well, on the other hand, I don't think it sounds as bad as running naked.
