Just want to vent

Sometimes I really hate this game. Rare yes, but sometimes I do.

I have been engaged in the ultimate 'end-game' playing SP Offline...that is of course the Pandemonium Event. I cannot tell you how many times I have screwed this up with poor judgement. Just now after having poor luck Key farming I open the portals, Teleport with Naj's Puzzler to Über Izual
and proceed to get immediately 1-shot/instagibbed. Oh, I know why... because I Key farm in P8 and always forget to toggle back to P1 for Ubers. It's really frustrating. Would it kill Blizzard to add a UI that displays current player count? I know it theoretically displays in the chat dialogue box but mine is almost always bugged and unless I engage that box by hitting 'enter' it never displays player count for me.

Do one at a time so that if something goes wrong you don't lose 9 keys. You have to do them all in the same game, but not all at the start.

Yea that's frustrating. P8 is a real double-edged sword. That being said, unless you need exp, Key farm on p7.

Almost the same happened to me once, except I didn't died. But it took forever to kill Duriel. At first I didn't understood why he is so resistant but I figured out why. Luckily I killed him.

When you Teleport to the target and you die, is hard to go back to that place and have to kill all the enemies on the path and Dodge all the attacks.

This happened to me the first time I did the Ubers, which was offline. I managed to kill the mini ubers (though it was a lot tougher than I expected it to be), but when I got to Tristram I got my ass handed to me.

I just kept going over my gear, confused. I seemed, if anything, over-geared and still I couldn't do it. Then I remembered and it was like a plot twist: it's players 7. Always has been.

I just let those keys go and created a new game.

There are a lot of quality of life things they could add. This is one of them!

Lol I did this last week with my Smiter on P7. Already had the organs, fired up the Uber Trist portal, got in there, starting smiting away at Uber Meph and it only took a couple secs before I realize somethings not right lol. I actually managed to kill him but I basically died a split second after, and then just said fuck it, save and exit, just take the L to get my corpse back safely.

Really happy to hear I'm not the only one with a lapse in judgement! To be fair, I am physically exhausted half the time I'm playing this game which doesn't help lol.
