The build itself is low skilled for sure, it is still pretty hard to PK people though, to get in the right situations and so on.

I see this differently, he is preparing and specializing his char for just one purpose: To assault and onehit unaware and mostly unprepared players. So he is almost inevitably in the right situation in which he has the biggest advantage over his victims. And that's what it is, he is hunting victims who in most of the cases don't even have the possibility to counter.
I don't see a challenge in that.
I would be rather interested in videos in which he fights like-minded ppl. Wonder how that would work out for him...

If you watch all videos you see some examples of people choosing to fight, or straight up go for a duel. Many of these had no idea what they were up against but there are at least some examples of people knowing what they are doing when they chose to fight.
