Looking at Weapons.txt, it seems elite wands don't have a magic level, but d2io lists them all as having magic level 1. Is this a mistake?

Column AK (magic lvl) in weapons.txt does have a '1' for all normal, exceptional, and elite wands, orbs, and staves. EXCEPT for elite wands.
Elite Wands do not have an increased Magic Level like the Normal and Exceptional versions

It is an error that the elite Wand entries show a magic level of 1 here.
