display problem, max-min damage show at same time, it become add xx-yy damage

Description

Sometimes if we see max-min damage show in item at same time,
it will change to

add min-max Damage

However , I see strange case...
Here is picture.
Not sure when it will show add min-max Damage...
in my picture it separate 2 affix display.

It only combines +min and +max to a single line if max>min. In your case min=max so it keeps them as separate lines.

Min damage:

When an item has both + Maximum Damage and + Minimum Damage bonuses, this is displayed as Adds Damage when maximum > minimum; otherwise, bonuses continue to be displayed separately.
