To expand on this, according to that calculator, an ilvl >89

Caster Amulet has a 1/415.5 chance to roll with 20% FCR and +2 to a particular class's skills, which means one would expect approximately one in sixty Caster Amulets to be a 2/20 of some class or other.

One in sixty seems extremely likely. Does not seem to match neither experience nor previous (very approximative but still) calculation

Edit : by setting 2 to one class, 10 fcr, 10 fcr, lowest values on mana / mana regen, odds to get those values or higher are : 1/7480. Seems more in tune with the 1/7000 I computed by hand.

I think you look at the odds of getting those mods, but not that they fall on those values (especially the 10 at fcr auto-mod and the 2 on the skills level)

Caster Amulet with those affixes (skill class and fcr) but with no specific value (on the fixed affixes or on the skill class)
If we want that same affixes with max skill and fcr the chances are the 1/7480 above.
