There's an invite link in the top post by Teebling in this thread that should get you into that Discord server. If you just click that and log in with your Discord account in the browser, the server should appear in your Discord client from then on.

Didn't pay attention to where that was yet though. Whichever one just shifted (which wasn't reported by anyone yet it seems)
