Blizzard should consider revamping old Uniques to be better. Nowadays it's just runes runes runes. And like 5 Uniques who everyone wears.

Well I've IP hunted back in the olden days, when I was a kid with all the time in the world, and getting my first

Annihilus this way felt super rewarding.

So in a sense I care (but not care care) if Annies are way too common nowadays, but oh well, I guess everyone had to have 100+ to make up for not having a single one pre-2.4. Logic.

Aside from this, I agree with your point regarding the uniques. Itemization-wise, the game is beyond restrictive / boring (unless you don't care that you're playing something sub-optimal).

Revamping all uniques to be useful would be nearly impossible I think. Wouldn't work for classic balance, all databases would be invalidated... But I think something like themed seasons would spice things up. For example no runewords season. Runes would drop, but would work only as gems, no runewords possible. That would shake up meta for one season...

I believe these times are listed in Eastern time, US. No region info yet-- can anyone confirm or clarify?

The walk for today was moved by an hour it seems. So a bit over an hour to go. Region is tentatively set to Asia (Ladder SC).

anyone confirm? i got home before 3CST, and checked the tracker, it said 4/6 so i logged in and created a game asap. it was 3/6 in game, i refreshed the tracker and it went to 6/6. i checked Stoney Field and no DClone. still says 3/6 in game. US Ladder SC.

NA ladder was done exactly at 22:00 CET

oh crap, my bad, i was on EU server, since they've been at 3/6 all week. /sigh

Unlocked hell 3 hours after dclone walked, husband got his anni at least. Happy for him but kicking myself.
