Fredkid is correct. Your best bet these days is likely to check through the player services category within the trade section to find rush offers or create a rush WTB there accordingly.

In addition, you can check out the following topic which is a bit dated by now but still occasionally provides positive results:

Generally speaking, there's a fair few folks here happy to rush for free (time permitting). Though a grush will of course be a bit harder to find as that'll require a bumper which not everyone has readily available.

Being HC Ladder is bound to make it more rare/complicated as well. Maybe @Th3ory has a better idea there, as our resident HC promoter.
