Can be used to make Runewords:
i believe N = need.
N means "need" and lF sounds like a typo of "LF"
You'll also see "O x N y" as in "offering x, need y"
The other acronyms you'll come across would most likely be the ones used to describe items such as "ed" for enhanced damage or defense, "ll" for life leech, "ar" for all res or attack rating, etc..
