Ohm runes, it can have the highest Enhanced Damage of any item in the game. For more damage, find an Ethereal
Rune Master and put a
Zod Rune in it as well.

Great item for a Tesladin - adding 5/5 lighting jewel facets (and a
Zod for the ethereal version) makes this a great alternative to high end rune words.

Since
Rune Master comes with the not-so-common Cannot Be Frozen, a
Gold Find / Magic Find Barbarian can benefit from its high damage and socket it with 5
Lem or 5
Ist. Even though it has one less socket than the max of a
Crystal Sword or
Phase Blade, it frees up a ring slot for another
Dwarf Star or removes the need to use an expensive
Cham rune in a
Helm.

Before dumping dozens of High Runes worth of Rainbow Facets into a
Rune Master, consider the following runeword alternatives: Phoenix, Doom, Crescent Moon Runeword, and Plague.
