That's a very good ring. Out of nearly 11,000 melee PvM rings that have been input to https://d2charsifood.com/rings/, that is in the top 160. My best ring is #48 on the same list.

So, that probably sounds amazing. But melee PvM is not the most popular play style, so the best melee PvM ring isn't going to be nearly as valuable as the best caster PvP (or even caster PvM) ring. Still, you have a high rune there.
