Everything is tradeable for pgems or runes or other items.

Just list what you'll be happy with (example;
Marrowwalk's for 10pgem or whatever) and someone will give you 10pgems for them or counteroffer with a lower offer.

I always list high because there's always someone who will lowball you. Like... Everyone lol
