Can be used to make Runewords:
No, Blessed Hammer already passes through enemies 100%. And Pierce (like on Razortail) only applies to Arrows, Bolts, and throwing weapons
Piercing only applies to physical projectiles as far as I am aware. Magical origins are not affected by it.
