there is dim return always

213 mf is good one

it is 1,2,3 every 1% chance

before 213 is is 3 points mf per 1% chance.
After 214 it is 4 points to increase 1%.

My mf build is 562 % mf -10 pt to +1%(actual 173% chance)

These days, I don't need that much
Perfect Skull
, it is less encourage to pay in
Perfect Skull
but it will treat slightly better than
Perfect Gems
.

Found on this forum, lol. Basically like others like to say, "as much magic find you can fit without affecting a kill speed you enjoy". I've found really rare items with hardly 100% mf and nothing with a bunch it's all random. I enjoy around 200%ish.

if you hunt for superior base, around 50% mf and not exceed 70. drop will remove all low q item and drop superior and magic.

magic javlin, +3amulet fcr. and super
Eth
base

Are you sure about that ?
MF affects chances to find better magical items (colored item). Never heard about non-magical.

Eth
rate is same but that mf (30-70) restrict the item to drop from normal to rare. It increase number of normal item drop so that you will see more normal item.
And I read somewhere about qualtity, cant remember where, it says if roll fall behind some level , it is low qualtity.

For my build experience, it says no low lv qualtity for a long time. At least , I havent see bad qualtity item in 20 run and I see lots of White drop.

I would remain between 250-300. No point going higher as it barely makes a dent. Overall I prefer less magic find. Better chance finding high runes and good bases than uniques or sets (my personal experience, does not apply to others)

MF doesn't affect it.
Runes drops are pure RNG, no matter your MF.

Depends on the target. Right now I'm focused on NM Andy, so I run about 730 MF and it's not a problem (4 isted shield, occulus with
Ist
, Enigma,
Shako
with
Topaz
, travs, nagels, etc.).

I tend to go for about 300. That's a good spot for finding uniques without hampering yourself.

300 MF means ~140 MF towards uniques and, for example, doubling that MF only takes you to ~180 towards uniques. Stretching your gear for that extra 40% is not worth it, IMO, and it only gets worse from there. Obviously, though, this depends on your character. Some builds are forgiving enough that you can get much higher, but if you're looking for a quick rule of thumb, I think 300 is a sane number for most characters.

GMT-3
I only play softcore, non-ladder.

In my opinion, 250-300 MF is enough. MF in excess is not good for people focusing on bases for runewords.

this depends on which scenario you play, if you play 8p cow and go for
Baal
. 200mf focus on kill speed will be better.

if you run for soj, wedding ring around nightmare/hell, get 500 mf is must.

====For average profit performance==

It is usually go for highest mf without impact your kill speed. (Sorc, 2 forst orb or 1 orb 1 blizzard)

Unique pool is still better than base pool, even if base is
Eth
, socket correct.

Unique+rare pool:
Crown
of age ud, az, dimesional
Blade
Eth
rare, soj , amulet, wedding, merc armor
Helm
.

base:
Eth
-> 10% and people is running cow lv to find runes.
