Suggestion - Change the base stats of unique items

Description

Currently, a box in a unique item's database entry shows the stats of the item if upgraded to its next tier base. That box also shows the stats of the upgraded base if ethereal.

This is useful, but has a few limitations:
  • When looking at a Normal-tier unique, it's not possible to see the stats of the elite version (ethereal or otherwise).
  • Because the box shows the ethereal stats of the item "if upgraded," it can't show the ethereal stats of the regular base if it's a normal or exceptional base (elite bases' stats are shown because there's no possible upgrade).
  • This is secondary, but I also see a slight UI issue here: the box is too far away from the item's base stats, IMO. I think it would make more sense to either have that information closer to the item's main info or even to integrate it into that same box.
Adding the information of all applicable bases is probably the most important part, and grouping the current data closer together (base stats+upgraded stats) would, IMO, be an improvement. But, ideally, there'd be some kind of dropdown to change the base's tier and maybe a checkbox for ethereal stats.

I understand that this might already be in your radar but simply either not plausible or not a priority, but I wanted to drop it as a suggestion.
