Superior Crown Shield

Does Superior

Crown Shield have any kind of value if it has only 9 all res but with 4 sox + 15% Enhanced Defense?
Tried to look around, only found the higher end resistance ones being worth of something more, but does lower one have any kind of value at all?
My luck is just unbelievable. If something "decent" is found, its always something wrong with it :'D either a stat is too low or missing, or its the missing sockets.
