Incorrect damage shown for skills with set damage after the 28th skill level

Steps to reproduce:
In the skill tree tool, add enough skills points/+Tree skills to a skill that deals a set amount of damage (ie, not a percentage multiplier) to reach 28 points. Adding any more points will result in the skill displaying an incorrect damage value. Note that, at skill level 28, the "Next level" damage value shows the wrong number, too.

Anything else to add:
I didn't do completely thorough testing, but from what I gathered, it doesn't affect all skills of a class:

Necro: Bone skills are affected, but not poison.
Druid: Fire skills are affected (including

Fire Claws), but not Wind skills or

Rabies.
Assassin: Trap skills are affected, but not blades.

Fists of Fire is affected.
Sorceress: All skills are affected.
Amazon: All arrow skills are affected, all non-poison damage

Javelin skills are affected.
Paladin:

Blessed Hammer and

Holy Bolt are affected.
Barbarian:

War Cry is not affected.

Thanks, looks like I just need to update a single common formula for all of these. I must have forgotten the damage scaling beyond level 28 for this one.
