Steps to reproduce:
Open Tzone tracker.
Look at the time for current TZ and next TZ, and compare to what time it is now.
Anything else to add:
Is it incorrectly handling DST? No idea what's going on.
I'm in CET (Central European Time), so that's UTC+1 normally and UTC+2 during DST.
