For Necromancer only BP 75 and 125 are relevant.
Which means: For Spirit Monarch builds (most common), 19 fcr and 10 fcr on the amu are the same.
For other builds (e.g. Homunculus, trang wing,...) 19 fcr and 15 fcr are the same.
So, you have a 2/15 with 16 lr (rest is negligible).
Should be somewhere between Vex and Jah.

Agreed, at 1 point of fcr of difference the value change is huge
