Four niche items

So I have four rare/crafted items that feel like they are good but might be too niche to sell easily since they are not "the usual suspects" in their categories. Is any of these worth even trying? I feel like the last

Circlet at least could be very good for a zealot but not sure if the experts here agree.

I'm mostly asking to learn here, as I'm fairly new to D2R and my D2 memories are all wiped due to age / PTSD from all the bad drops.

Both circlets : no value, or only a few pgems. Indeed,

Andariel's Visage or

Guillaume's Face all bring more than those and cost almost nothing.

Gloves though are both good. IAS coupled with top CB works. They are not top end neither, but I think those are worth something between

Yeah this is similar issue I have with gambling, while some are super neat and I want to use them, they are comparable to other uniques or set items and have no real value.
But the gloves are nice, and maybe could replace

Chance Guards if you need something extra while not sacrificing too much MF.
