Can be used to make Runewords:
In most cases you need +2 all skills, 20% fcr and at least one other good mod like str, life, all res, two sockets or so to have some trade value. Otherwise you can just use a Harlequin Crest or other unique/set helmets.

Amazon is the exception. She has pretty bad fcr breakpoints and java will always prefer Griffon's Eye.
For other amazon builds it's usually better to have 30% frw, visio mod (+ar% based on char lvl) and most importantly two sockets.
