Both are missing one affixe (only 5 while you can have 6).
Only 5mf is to low to counter the low light res ans 5 affixes.
For exemple, I sold for Ber almost the same gloves as your MA but with 25mf (wiwh is max).
I would say around Vex for both.
Edit : My message was about NL, so maybe a bit higher in L ?

My timezone is CET/UTC+1.
MA in ladder should be better for all Mosaic sins, but both gloves are not exactly crazy good. Agree with Vex for MA, bow is for elemental bowa so quite niche
