1 - you have forgotten on your description the 30 fire res - much better with it :)
Still not crazy, around Pul- Um.

2- Way better, high leech + useful affixes. Around Vex- Ohm, perhaps Lo

3- Not great, rolls on res are low. Around Ist- Vex.
