AFAIK most prefer fcr or frw or life or mf instead of leech on a Tiara/ Diadem with three sockets
IMHO Raven Horn has no value since it has nothing special (like fcr, frw, 2 sockets). A Harlequin Crest or an Andariel's Visage is better.

Agreed, mostly first and third have significant value, other 2 may sell for Pul.
First one is solid for any non-tele Zon.
My bet would be slightly below Ber, probably around Lo- Sur.
Third one is a nice sin 2/20 but with nothing crazy neither. Probably Ist to Vex.
